1.) The promoter is BarleyMania whisk(e)y blog based in Hamburg, Germany.

2.) The BarleyMania Birthday Bash ’18 contest closes on October 20, 2018. Entries submitted after that date can no longer be considered. There is no guarantee to be included in the contest and the BarleyMania team cannot be held liable for entries they missed for one reason or another.

3.) There are two ways to enter the competition: Either share a photo of your whisky of choice in the comments of the respective Facebook post. Or, if you don’t have Facebook, comment on the initial blog post and let the BarleyMania team know which pour you’d sip in celebration of their second anniversary.

4.) The prizes are two bottles of whisky sponsored by Douglas Laing and Alle Vögel Fliegen Hoch / The Scotch Malt Whisky Society. There is a maximum of one prize per entrant.

5.) Entrants can request the winners’ names by e-mailing barleymaniablog@gmx.de up to 4 weeks after the closing date.

6.) Entrants must be of legal drinking age in their home country. Winners must provide proof of age before their prizes are sent out.

7.) Entrants agree that their photographs can be used by BarleyMania in any capacity, e.g. by compiling a photo album with all submissions on BarleyMania’s official Facebook fan page.

8.) The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the contest and these terms and conditions without notice. The contest is not subject to legal recourse and a cash out of the prizes is not possible.

9.) The winning entries will be selected by the BarleyMania team and announced via their Facebook fan page no later than two week after the contest has ended. If a person does not respond within 7 days to the message he or she received from the promoter, a new winner for the prize in question might be picked.
