1.) The promoter is the BarleyMania whisk(e)y blog based in Hamburg, Germany.

2.) The BarleyMania Birthday Bash ’20 contest closes on 24 October 2020. Entries submitted after that date can no longer be considered. There is no guarantee to be included in the contest and the BarleyMania team cannot be held liable for entries they missed for one reason or another.

3.) To enter the competition, comment on the initial blog post and let the BarleyMania team know which classic monster you’d love to share a dram with on Halloween.

4.) Entrants must enter a valid e-mail address together with their comment. Otherwise, they will lose claim to their prize if picked as winner.

5.) The prize is a Starward Whisky Package sponsored by Kirsch Import.

6.) Entrants can request the winners’ names by e-mailing barleymaniablog@gmx.de up to 4 weeks after the closing date.

7.) Entrants must be of legal drinking age in their home country. Winner must provide proof of age before the prize is sent out.

8.) Entrants agree that their names and contributions can be shared by BarleyMania in any capacity, e.g. via social media.

9.) The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the contest and these terms and conditions without notice. The contest is not subject to legal recourse and a cash out of the prizes is not possible.

10.) The winning entry will be selected by the BarleyMania team. The winner will be announced on the BarleyMania blog no later than two week after the contest has ended. If a person does not respond within 7 days to the message he or she received from the promoter, a new winner for the prize in question might be picked.
