Who let the dogs out? Douglas Laing did! Today, the Glasgow-based company released the first globally available Scallywag bottling with an age statement. Like its little NAS brother, which represents the Speyside in Douglas Laing’s signature Remarkable Regional Malts series, the limited 13-years-old expression of the Scallywag contains malts from some of the most renowned Speyside distilleries and flys its sherry colors with pride.

This very fine Scotch whisky packs a punchy yet pleasant ABV of 46 per cent and, like all Douglas Laing products, comes proudly without coloring or chill filtration. The Scallywag 13yo Limited Edition is available for GBP 55 from the company’s own webstore as well as select retail partners.
